Returns Policy
- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to POSHHARRYS for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
- We exchange or refund any unworn and unwashed items that are in a resellable condition and require a copy of your original invoice.
- If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us via email customerservices@poshharrys.com. Please note: Once an item is returned to us we are unable to re dispatch the original item.
- Any goods you return to POSHHARRYS will remain at your risk until safely received by us, we recommend that you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- POSHHARRYS will acknowledge by email receipt of your return goods. Subject to the above you will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 14 days from the date your goods were received at POSHHARRYS.
